 WELCOME TO BEST TRANSIT

Need a Ride? We’ve Got You!

 SHARED RIDES:

BEST TRANSIT operates a Door-to-Door transportation program for Bradford, Sullivan and Tioga counties.

“Shared Ride” means that the service is open to the public, if you qualify for one of the programs, but is not a taxi service. The Shared Ride service will pick you up at your door and transport you to your destination. Since the service is “Shared,” there may be other people on the vehicle besides you, or the driver may need to pick up other passengers prior to dropping you off at your destination.

Shared Ride services are funded in part by the PA Lottery, state agencies and grants from the respective county commissioners.

NOTICE: For patients of U.S. Renal Care Dialysis Center in Wellsboro, who have been temporarily scheduled to Williamsport Dialysis Center – Montoursville, PA; Fresenius Kidney Care – Towanda, PA; or DaVita Ivy Dialysis – Elmira, NY: Patients can schedule their trips for appointments to the alternative dialysis centers through BeST Transit for the duration of U.S. Renal Care Dialysis Center’s closure. Once a new provider has been established and the center reopens, passengers will be expected to resume services there or make other arrangements for transportation.
